- You must be logged into your account to access your downloadable files. You will also be able to re-download your files by logging in again, in the future.
- If you don't have an account, you will be prompted to create one when you place your first order.
Log in and Accounts
Q. It's asking me to login to access my content, but I can't. What can I do?
A. Log in to your customer account using the same email and password that you used when you created your account.
- If you have forgotten your password use the "forgot your password?" link to reset it.
- If you have forgotten what details you used when you created your account, check the original confirmation email to confirm the email address you used. f you can't find the email contact us with your name and we can check our records.
Q. How do I register a customer account
A. If you purchase a product, you will be prompted to create an account at checkout. However, you can also create one here. Or by clicking "Account" in the website header and then clicking "Register Account".
Purchases
Q. I never received an email with my download link, what can I do?
A. There are two main reasons why this can happen
- Sometimes email goes to Spam or a junk folder. Check these first. If you still can't find an email try number 2 next.
- This one is quite common. You may have made a typo when you entered your email address. Yes, it does happen. This is quite easy for us to check, simply contact us via our contact form with your name and the approximate date you placed your order and we will check the orders for you to correct the details.
Downloading Files
Q. How will I be able to download my files?
A. There are three ways to access your content and download your files:
- Immediately after checkout you will see a button on the Thank you page. You can download your files from there.
- You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase with a download link
- You can log into your account. Once logged in, immediately above your orders you will see a long green bar with "My Files" written on it. Click this to access your downloads.
